Feel that fresh sea breeze right here in Steveston, Richmond’s most southwestern community set on the Pacific coast. Known for it’s unique and local character, Steveston welcomes a range of housing types from single family homes to modern Richmond condos, most of which are mid-rise or townhouse communities.

It’s an exciting and attractive place for young professionals and new families, as the area is sprinkled with urban parks and served by three local elementary schools. Much of the recreation in Steveston is based in the waterfront community, along with the neighbourhood’s strong tourist appeal with the Historic Fishing Village and whale watching tours. For local shopping, the Steveston Village Shopping plaza covers all the basics, while larger commercial centres can be found in Richmond City Centre.

For trips across Richmond and further north into Metro Vancouver, Steveston Highway to No. 3 Road is the best route. Alternatively, the Brighouse Train Station of the Canada Line is a convenient travel option for morning commutes and day trips.

Groceries can be found at Sinfully the Best Fine Food which is a 5-minute walk and you'll find Dr J Kantoch & H Ching a 4-minute walk as well. Interested in the arts? Look no further than Darren Long Artworks and Steveston Museum. If you're an outdoor lover, you are nearby from Park.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. It also has route Gilbert/bridgeport nearby.
