Condo Living in Renfrew-Collingwood

This expansive East Side neighbourhood has been recognized as one of the fastest growing residential areas in Vancouver. It is a changing landscape of older single-family homes and new, modern townhouse developments interspersed with wooded areas, walking trails, and footbridges. Located just a short walk from Vancouver’s Central Park, the overall atmosphere of the neighbourhood is quiet residential with some new Vancouver condos like 8 on Chambers, 2719 Ward Street and Joyce springing up.

Some good places to grab a bite are Ragazzi Pizza Co, Golden Oscar Cafe & Restaurant or Little Caesars. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Hanoi Drip Coffee located at 3779 Rupert Street. Groceries can be found at Enterprises Neven which is only a 4 minute walk and you'll find Wong, Asa W MD only a 11 minute walk as well. For nearby green space, Renfrew Ravine Park and Renfrew Community Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, Renfrew Community Park is only a 5 minute walk away.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. It also has route 29th Avenue Station/arbutus nearby.
