Condo Living in South Cambie

Life is booming in South Cambie, with numerous new Vancouver condos in the planning stages and some just completing. The area has attracted all walks of life to its quaint, tree-lined streets. As a small West Side neighbourhood, the arrival of condos can mean big changes, but developers do promise to fit in with the existing landscape and vibe of the neighborhood.

There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Some good places to grab a bite are City 1 Cafe and Tim Hortons. Venture a little further for a meal at Landmark Hotpot House, Tonton Sushi or Mobile Viennoiserie. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at BC Children's Hospital. Groceries can be found at Choices Markets which is a 10-minute walk and you'll find Safeway a 5-minute walk as well. If you're an outdoor lover, you are not far from Braemar Park, Douglas Park Community Centre and Bloedel Conservatory.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a TransLink BusStop (Eastbound W King Edward Ave @ Willow St) only a 3 minute walk. It also has (Bus) route 025 Brentwood Station/ubc nearby. King Edward Station Platform 1 Subway is also only a 5 minute walk.
