East Cambie is a mixed-use neighbourhood of industrial, agricultural, and residential areas. The intersection of No. 5 Road and Cambie Road acts as a neighbourhood centre, where residents will find the Cambie Shopping Mall as well as many nearby Richmond condos for sale.

With many townhouse community developments, East Cambie should appeal to families at all stages. The neighbourhood enjoys a scattering of urban parks, as well as Richmond Nature Park, where inviting walking trails and a wide variety of wildlife turn a regular day outdoors into a memorable adventure. The area is home to two elementary schools and Cambie Secondary School, plus the Kwantlen University College.

Highway 99 and Knight Street run through East Cambie, providing drivers smooth routes north into Metro Vancouver and south across Richmond. There is also local bus service with connection to Brighouse Station in Richmond City Centre.

Groceries can be found at Fruiticana which is not far and you'll find Wong William K Dr not far as well. For nearby green space, Park and King George Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, King George Park Community Garden is only a 5 minute walk away.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Southbound No. 5 Rd @ Woodhead Rd) only steps away. It also has route East Cambie/brighouse Station nearby.
