Surrounding Sir Henry Pellat’s 1914 castle, this Midtown neighbourhood’s hilly parks and handsome houses make it a desirable location for city-dwellers seeking the benefits of Toronto condos without the hustle and bustle of the downtown core. The 24-hour St Clair streetcar services the northern Casa Loma condos and the Yonge-Universtiy-Spadina subway has 2 stops at Dupont and St Clair West respectively, to help you get where you need to be. If you’re driving, Dupont is a great way to get to the West End or you can head across St Clair to Mount Pleasant to access the city’s East End.

Some good places to grab a bite are Owl, One 2 Snacks or H K Garden. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at 396 St Clair Ave W. For those that love cooking, South Hill Markets is a 6-minute walk.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (St Clair Ave West at Russell Hill Rd) a 3-minute walk. Access to Allen Rd is within a 10-minute drive away, making it easy for those driving to get into and out of the city using on and off ramps on Lawrence Ave W.
