Entertainment is close by, with Royal Alexandra Theatre, Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre Centre and Imagine Cinemas Market Square only a 5 minute walk. With Forty-Eighth Highlanders Regimental Museum and Campbell House Museum a 3-minute walk from your door, you'll always have something to do on a day off or weekend. For nearby green space, Berczy Park and Courthouse Square Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around quite easily. The closest transit stop is a Light RailStop (KING ST WEST AT BAY ST WEST SIDE) and is only steps away, but there is also a Subway stop, ST ANDREW STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM, not far connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Light Rail) route 304 King, (Bus) route 503 Kingston Rd. Tripper, and more nearby. If you're driving, you'll have easy access to the rest of the city by way of Gardiner Expressway as well, which is only a 2-minute drive using Bay St ramps.
