Situated to the west of the scenic Don Valley, Regent Park is a downtown neighbourhood in transition. Though in the past much of it consisted of townhomes and public housing, many of these older projects have been removed to make way for modern mixed use residences including some amazing new Toronto condos like One Cole. With this, the revitalization of Regent Park is almost complete and an amazing, well-rounded neighbourhood is emerging.

Some good places to grab a bite are Wendy's, Subway or Popeyes. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 69 Regent Park Blvd. Groceries can be found at B A Grocers which is only a 3 minute walk and you'll find St. Michael's Hospital Academic Family Health Team-Sumac Creek only steps away as well. For those days you just want to be indoors, look no further than MZTV Museum of Television, Native Earth Performing Arts and Urban Gallery to keep you occupied for hours. If you're in the mood for some entertainment, Realspace Theatre is not far away. For nearby green space, Regent Park Boulevard Park and Regent Park Aquatic Centre - Building Grounds could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, Regent Park Community Centre - Building Grounds is not far away.

Transit riders take note, you are only steps away to the closest TTC BusStop (DUNDAS ST EAST AT SUMACH ST) with (Bus) route 505 Dundas. CASTLE FRANK STATION - EASTBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also a 16-minute walk.
