Residents of this Midtown neighbourhood will enjoy the calm and spacious atmosphere of its many tree-lined streets stretching north and south of the Cedarvale Ravine between Bathurst Street and Winnett-Arlington. Known as an upper middle-class community, many of the houses of Cedarvale in the north are multimillion-dollar estates dating back to the early 1900s. In the southern Humewood area, known colloquially as “The Woods” because of all the streets ending with ‘wood’, you’ll find a family-friendly community with a mix of houses, apartment buildings and Toronto condos.

If you think Toronto doesn’t have any green space, then you have to visit Cedarvale Park and take a walk along the winding ravine. The beautiful and natural landscape is a much-loved destination within the Cedarvale-Humewood neighbourhood, as well as home to some fun recreation facilities. You can quickly become part of the neighbourhood community when you visit the Wychwood Barns Farmers’ Market or pop over to Dutch Dreams for a summer ice-cream treat in the funkiest neighbourhood ice-cream parlour. If you’re looking for some good restaurants and shopping outlets, both Eglinton to the north and St. Clair to the south offer a variety of businesses. Plus, you’re not far from the quaint Forest Hill Village at Spadina and Lonsdale.

With bus routes along Christie and Bathurst, as well as the St. Clair subway station, residents of Cedarvale-Humewood condos are never too far away from Toronto’s downtown.

Transit riders take note, you are not far to the closest Bus Stop (Vaughan Rd at Humewood Dr) with route Vaughan. If you need to get on the highway often, Allen Rd and Lawrence Ave W has both on and off ramps and is within a few minutes drive.
