There are a lot of great restaurants. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Second Cup. Groceries can be found at Whole Foods Market which is an 8-minute walk and you'll find Sunnybrook Hospital not far as well. For nearby green space, Stratford Park and Sunnydene Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (RAAB BLVD AT HOSPITAL RD WEST SIDE (K & L WINGS)) and is a short walk, but there is also a Subway stop, LAWRENCE STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM, only a 22 minute walk connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 11 Bayview nearby. Access to Don Valley Parkway is within a few minutes drive away, making it easy for those driving to get into and out of the city using on and off ramps on Wynford Dr.
