Spanning a stretch of lower North Vancouver City south of Keith Road, the Moodyville area is one of the oldest neighbourhoods, originally built around a lumber mill. As a low-key residential area with narrow tree-lined streets and many 1950s bungalows, the Vancouver condos for sale in Moodyville are either townhouse units or sub-divided houses.
You’ll find shopping and dining options along Lonsdale Road, as well as at the local Lonsdale Quay Market. If you head east along Keith Road, you’ll find Park and Tilford Shops and Gardens where a selection of boutique shops and cafes offer something for every North Van resident. Burrard Dry Dock Pier is a pleasant spot to take a walk, relax with the sights of boats and Vancouver across the harbour. And in the evening, the Shipyard Night Market lights up with live music, food vendors, and fun for families and friends.
Bus service along Keith Road and Lonsdale Avenue keep residents connected to the rest of North Van, and Vancouver’s mainland can be accessed via the SeaBus ferry service. There are two bridges, roughly equal distance from Moodyville, for drivers needing to get to Downtown Vancouver.
Groceries can be found at Mt Royal Bagel Factory which is a 5-minute walk and you'll find North Vancouver Dental Clinic only a 4 minute walk as well. Love being outside? Look no further than Park and Michael Park, which are both only steps away.
Getting around the area is made simple. There is Westbound E 3rd St @ Queensbury Ave Bus Stop, not far, with route Lynn Valley/lonsdale Quay nearby.
