Life is booming in South Cambie, with numerous new Vancouver condos in the planning stages and some just completing. The area has attracted all walks of life to its quaint, tree-lined streets. As a small West Side neighbourhood, the arrival of condos can mean big changes, but developers do promise to fit in with the existing landscape and vibe of the neighborhood.

There are a lot of great restaurants. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Tim Hortons. Groceries can be found at Safeway which is a 4-minute walk and you'll find BC Children's Hospital a short distance away as well. Interested in the arts? Look no further than Authentic Rugs & Art Holdings. For nearby green space, Braemar Park and Douglas Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (Eastbound W King Edward Ave @ Willow St) and is a 3-minute walk, but there is also a Subway stop, King Edward Station Platform 1, a 5-minute walk connecting you to the TransLink. It also has (Bus) route 025 Brentwood Station/ubc nearby.
