Condo Living in Riley Park

Originally settled around the base of Little Mountain, Riley Park is a great example of old and new co-existing. The neighbourhood runs along Cambie and Main Streets south of Mount Pleasant, and offers two vibrant commercial centres known for local clothing and furniture artisans as well as unique boutiques and restaurants. A great number of modern homes, older townhouses, and new Vancouver condos like The Riley, 3333 Main and Magnolia help give the area a boost of diversity and character.

There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Some good places to grab a bite are McDonald's and East is East. Venture a little further for a meal at MeetRice Noodle, Trilussa or Grub. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Blue Parrot Organic Coffee located at Hillcrest Pool. Groceries can be found at Nesters Market which is a short walk and you'll find PharmaChoice Main a 6-minute walk as well. You are only steps away from great parks like Ziplining Queen Elizabeth Park, Riley Park Community Centre and Bloedel Conservatory.

Getting around the area is made simpler with access to the TransLink. King Edward Station Platform 2 Subway stop is a 10-minute walk. There is also Southbound Main St @ E 28 Ave BusStop, a short walk, with (Bus) route 003 Main/downtown nearby.
