Bordering on the Humber River and stretching as far north as the 401, York Crosstown is a wide spread area encompassing many different landscapes and neighbourhoods. From the leafy banks of the river to the hustle of Eglinton West, there is a lot happening in this western area of Toronto.

This area of the city is growing more and more each year, with numerous Toronto condos popping up all the time. There are 23 condos currently in York Crosstown, spread out over the eight neighbourhoods. Although prices here are significantly lower than that of the Downtown area, the average price per square foot has risen steadily over the past 10 years.

The location couldn’t be better for those with the travel bug, Weston Rd cuts up through the area, giving easy access to the 400 and 401 highways, if you want to spend the afternoon on the golf course, Scarlett Woods and Lambton Golf and Country Club are both in Rockcliffe-Smythe and are great options. If you’re looking to relax there are a number of parks and green space such as Fergy Brown Park in Mount Dennis.

If you are looking for transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Weston Rd at Dennis Ave) only steps away. It also has route Runnymede, and route Weston nearby. Access to Hwy 400 is within a few minutes drive away, making it easy for those driving to get into and out of the city using on and off ramps on Jane St.
