Yonge and Dundas is on its way to becoming Toronto’s own Times Square. The transformation over the past few years has been impressive and given new life to the downtown core.  There are currently 17 condos within a few blocks of Yonge Dundas Square, including Canada’s tallest residential condo, Aura.  Toronto condo developers have a few more projects in the works along this stretch of Yonge Street, promising to make the area the place to be.

It also has (Bus) route 320 Yonge Night Bus, and (Bus) route 97 Yonge nearby. DUNDAS STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also only steps away. For drivers, it might be easier to get around the city getting on or off Gardiner Expressway and Yonge St, which is within a 4-minute drive.
