Convenience: The walk score here is 100 and what you can't see from your balcony is probably only minutes away. Major city hospitals Sick Kids, Toronto General and Mount Sinai are here and the University of Toronto and Ryerson University are just a quick walk away. If you need to venture out of The Core, the TTC is no more than a 3-minute walk as well.
