Often referred to simply as Richview, this Etobicoke neighbourhood borders Highway 401 and 427 to the west and Royal York Road to the east, running along Eglinton Avenue. The winding tree-lined streets of Willowridge | Martingrove | Richview give way to small commercial plazas found at the intersections along Dixon Road in the north and along Eglinton Avenue in the south, quick places to grab a bite or pick up groceries. Transit riders take note, you are a short distance away to the closest Bus Stop (Kipling Ave at Gracey Blvd) with route Kipling. Residents also have easy access to Hwy 401, which is within a 4-minute drive using on and off ramps on Martin Grove Rd.
