You have the waterfront 2 blocks away from the building, Air Canada Centre right in front of the building, you are 2 or 3 blocks away walking distance from the St. Lawrence Market (restaurants and bars). Union Station right in front of the building. You can walk to Loblaws and LCBO. Urbantoronto.ca It has the cheapest mgmt fees in the area. Facilities are very good with a great workout room, and nice pool and whirlpool with men's and women's saunas. Great location if you work downtown. Urbantoronto.ca The view from my balcony was amazing. I loved being able to walk to St. Lawrence Market and Harbourfront, especially in the summer.
