Ashbridges Bay is a popular spot for all kinds of water sports and you can quite often see brave souls out there kite surfing when the breeze is just right! Located next to Leslieville, so when you’ve had your fill of sun and sand head over for some drinks or dinner. Don't forget about the Beaches Jazz Festival held every July, definitely, a must see!

A perfect neighbourhood to run your errands on foot, you can walk from shop to shop. If you do want to drive, Victoria Park is a quick route up to the 401, helping to make your ventures beyond the East End easier. You can also hop on Lake Shore Blvd and zip downtown in minutes. The Famous 501 Queen Streetcar runs through the whole neighbourhood from Neville Park as far as Long Branch, in Etobicoke.

There are a lot of great restaurants. If you can't start your day without caffeine fear not, your nearby choices include Bud's Coffee Bar. For groceries there is Beaches Natural Foods which is not far.

Transit riders take note, you are a short walk to the closest Bus Stop (Queen St East at Woodbine Ave) with route Queen, and route Queen. Access to Don Valley Parkway is within a 8-minute drive away, making it easy for those driving to get into and out of the city getting on and off at Eastern Ave Diversion.
