Once the home to the largest Italian population in Canada, the tree-lined streets of Little Italy are now home to a mixed demographic attracted to the neighbourhoods history, amazing location, and of course the abundance of restaurants and nightlife it offers. There are some stunning conversion style Toronto lofts dotted around, as well as some more modern Toronto condos in the works. So if you crave a bustling area with a strong sense of community, this is the place for you.

There is so much to do if you live in a Little Italy condo, that you’ll want to stay forever. The restaurants alone would probably take you a full year to explore fully, and the nightlife is some of the hottest in the city. There is a lot of green space like Brickford Park, for relaxing on lazy Sunday, or go for a wander along the Italian Walk of Fame along College Street between Grace and Clinton. If you want to catch EuroCup, head over to Café Diplomatico for one of their famous Pizza Pies on the patio. Bathurst Street is the dividing line between the West End and downtown, so you don’t need to go very far to get to the cool shops of Queen West or the King West Entertainment district to catch the latest show.

Streetcars are your best friend when you’re living in a Little Italy condo, with tracks running along Bathurst and College streets ready to take you up to the Bloor-Danforth subway line or even as far as The Waterfront or the East End.

Some good places to grab a bite are Sushi Bon, Sicilian Sidewalk Cafe or Churrasqueira Do Sardinha. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Olivia's Garden located at 569 Crawford St. Nearby grocery options: College Fruit Market is not far.

Transit riders take note, you are not far to the closest Bus Stop (Harbord St at Grace St) with route Wellesley. For drivers, it might be easier to get around the city getting on or off Gardiner Expressway and Dowling Ave, which is within a few minutes drive.
