This downtown east side intersection has been gaining in popularity over the past few years. There are now 22 Toronto condos at King and Parliament and we’re certain there will be more on their way. Known as an up and coming area of the city, we are excited at the possibilities.

There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Some good places to grab a bite are Freshii and Pumpernickel's. Venture a little further for a meal at Mangia & Bevi, Cocina Economica or Mom And Pops. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tandem Coffee located at 368 King Street E. Groceries can be found at Luciano's No Frills which is not far and you'll find St. Lawrence Pharmacy a 5-minute walk as well. Interested in the arts? Look no further than Parliament Interpretive Centre, Toronto's First Post Office & Museum or Museum of Illusions. Wanting to catch a movie? Nightwood Theatre and Imagine Cinemas Market Square are within walking distance. You are only steps away from great parks like Little Trinity Church Lands, Orphan's Greenspace - Dog Park and Moss Park.

Getting around the area is made simpler with access to the TTC. KING STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM Subway stop is a 12-minute walk. There is also PARLIAMENT AT KING Streetcar Stop, only steps away, with (Streetcar) route 304 King, and (Streetcar) route 504 King nearby. If you need to get on the highway often, Gardiner Expressway and Parliament St has both on and off ramps and is only a 2-minute drive.
