Spanning north of Eglinton Avenue West around Bathurst Street, Forest Hill North features the same desirable amenities of the wider Forest Hill area with higher density housing and more affordable prices. Home to Forest Hill Collegiate Institute, the Forest Hill area also hosts the private schools Upper Canada College and The Bishop Strachan School.

Easy access to Allan Road, Bathurst Avenue, and Eglinton West subway station make the area very attractive to city dwellers and commuters. It’s an ideal spot if you want to work downtown but live a little outside the hustle and bustle.
