From the master planned communities up near the 401 to all the new developments on the shores of Mimico , with 20 neighbourhoods, the most western area of Toronto has something for everyone.

The wide-open spaces of Etobicoke have made it a developer’s dream, the revival of Long Branch and New Toronto making quite an impact on the Toronto Condo market. There are roughly 140 condos in Etobicoke and with their close proximity to Downtown these western neighbourhoods are luring a lot of professionals out of The Core with the promise of a laid back lifestyle on the lake.

If you still crave the hustle and bustle of the city, there are neighbourhoods such as Islington-City Centre which are turning into shopping mecca’s; with numerous big box stores not easily found downtown, transit hubs; connecting the TTC with Mississauga Transit and beyond and new communities with loads of Toronto Condos For Sale.
