Located between Highway 401 and Lawrence Avenue East along Brimley Road, Bendale is an area known for the Scarborough Town Centre shopping mall, with many modern high-rise Toronto condos built around Albert Campbell Square.

The neighbourhood is largely residential comprised of single-family homes and bungalows, green front lawns, and lots of trees. The Scarborough condos in Bendale are not far from McCowan and Scarborough Centre Subway Station on the Scarborough Line 3 of Toronto’s TTC, allowing safe and smooth access to the rest of the city. Getting around by car, Ellesmere Road offers a clear route to the Don Valley Parkway, plus the 401 Highway is a short drive north for trips outside the city.
