East Cambie is a mixed-use neighbourhood of industrial, agricultural, and residential areas. The intersection of No. 5 Road and Cambie Road acts as a neighbourhood centre, where residents will find the Cambie Shopping Mall as well as many nearby Richmond condos for sale.

With many townhouse community developments, East Cambie should appeal to families at all stages. The neighbourhood enjoys a scattering of urban parks, as well as Richmond Nature Park, where inviting walking trails and a wide variety of wildlife turn a regular day outdoors into a memorable adventure. For nearby green space, Park and King George Park could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk.
