Covering much of south-central Richmond, the neighbourhoods contained within the borders of Broadmoor, Shellmont, and Gilmore are all notably residential, with many single-family homes and modern Richmond condos for sale along No. 3 Road and Williams Road.

It’s an appealing place for young families, to say the least. The area has many elementary schools and several secondary schools, as well as a range of parks and shopping centres. Summer time fun is close at hand with the Richmond Golf and Country Club as well as Fantasy Gardens amusement park and Riverport Entertainment Park. With central access to many surrounding neighbourhoods, the rest of Richmond is yours to explore.

Steveston Highway provides a straight east-west thoroughfare, while No. 3 Road is the main route for trips north and south. For even faster travel, Highway 99 to the east can zip drivers north into Metro Vancouver.

There are a lot of great restaurants nearby , like Freshii, just to name a couple. Grab your morning coffee at Starbucks located at 10151 No 3 Road. For grabbing your groceries, Bulk Barn is a 16-minute walk. You are a 7-minute walk from great parks like South Arm Dog Off Leash Area, West Dyke Trail and Garden City Park.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (Eastbound Steveston Hwy @ Mortfield Gate) and is a short walk, but there is also a Subway stop, Richmond-Brighouse Station Platform 2, a 5-minute drive connecting you to the TransLink. It also has (Bus) route 403 Bridgeport Station/three Road nearby.
