You are a 23-minute walk from great parks like Mahon Park, Mosquito Creek Park and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.

Transit riders take note, you are only steps away to the closest TransLink BusStop (Southbound Prospect Rd @ W Rockland Rd) with (Bus) route 230 Upper Lonsdale/lonsdale Quay, and (Bus) route 241 Upper Lonsdale/vancouver. Waterfront Station Platform 1 Subway is also a 8-minute drive.
