Situated along the shores of Lake Ontario and with Etobicoke Creek as the boundary to Toronto, Lakeview is a great option for those that love the outdoors. There are several Mississauga condos here, all with amazing views across the lake and back towards Toronto.

Home to the Toronto Golf Club and Lakeview Golf Course, Lakeview really is a great place for outdoor recreation enthusiasts. You’ll find a huge number of parks here like Cawthra Park and Marie Curtis Park, along with walking trails along the waterfront, known as The Waterfront Trail. The Dixie Outlet Mall is here, one of the oldest outlet malls in Ontario, where you’ll find stores like Mexx and Tommy Hilfiger. Sharing a border with Port Credit, Lakeview is home to the Port Credit Yacht Club as well as the Mississauga Sailing Club.

The QEW cuts a path through the northern part of this neighbourhood and Lakeshore Road runs through the southern half. There is a transit hub at the Dixie Outlet mall with many surface bus routes travelling around the city.

Getting around the area is made simpler with access to the "MiWay". KIPLING STATION - SUBWAY PLATFORM Subway stop is a 7-minute drive. There is also "Ogden Ave South Of Strathy Ave" BusStop, a short distance away, with (Bus) route 5 "dixie", and (Bus) route 335 "glenforest South" nearby. Access to Hwy 427 is within a 10-minute drive away, making it easy for those driving to get into and out of the city using Dundas St W ramps.
