Located in southern Burnaby, Edmonds is a vibrant, diverse residential neighbourhood with a wide range of Burnaby condos for sale in townhouse developments and select high-rise buildings.

Edmonds has many options when it comes to shopping and dining, such as the local Highgate Mall and the nearby Metropolis at Metrotown, the biggest shopping centre in Burnaby with over 450 shops. Offering both elementary and secondary schools, plus the Edmonds Community Centre, Edmonds is a well-established family-friendly neighbourhood. There are also numerous parks and outdoor spaces in the area, including Byrne Creek Ravine Park, Deer Lake Park, and Burnaby Lake Regional Park. The main roadway through the neighbourhood is Kingsway, but you’ll find many of the condos for sale in Edmonds located around Edmonds Station on the SkyTrain transit line.
