The community-centric Victoria-Fraserview is becoming one of Vancouver’s most sought-after neighborhoods for its proximity to sprawling Fraserview Golf Course and quaint leafy streets. With a solid mix of residential and commercial spaces, it’s primarily single-family houses that dominate the area, though there are some new Vancouver condos popping up like Fraserlands, introducing condo-style living to the former industrial neighborhood.
Sitting on the north shore of the Fraser River between Knight and Vivian Streets, Victoria-Fraserview has a central commercial hub along Victoria Drive in the center of the neighbourhood. A number of large parks can be found in the neighborhood where locals spend time walking their dogs, picnicking, reading in the shade of a tree, and sunbathing. The best golf facility is located in Victoria-Fraserview and attracts more than the avid golfer, but draws many residents with its amazing Clubhouse, a great choice for a casual lunch or a drink on the patio.
Regular bus service runs along Victoria Drive, East 41st Avenue, and Marine Drive so getting over to Downtown or any other Vancouver area is quick and easy.
