Condo Living in Strathcona

Situated only a few steps away from Downtown Vancouver, Strathcona is the oldest and culturally diverse area in the city. It was slated to be demolished in the 1950s, but the strength and commitment of the community, largely Chinese, petitioned to save their streets and homes. Entertainment is close by, with Neworld Theatre Society and Electric Co Theatre a 9-minute walk. You are a 3-minute walk from great parks like Strathcona Park and Trillium Park.

If you are looking for transit, don't fear, there is a TransLink BusStop (Westbound Terminal Ave @ Begg St) not far. It also has (Bus) route 022 Knight/downtown nearby. Main Street-Science World Station Platform 1 Subway is also an 8-minute walk.
