Known commonly as “Kits”, this West Side neighbourhood has a long history of being Vancouver’s hippy hangout, and while the hippies have traded in their tie-dye shirts for yoga pants and laptops, the relaxed and welcoming vibe remains the same. Life is booming in Kitsilano, with the new projects like Kitswest, The Westerly, and Pinnacle Living on Broadway, which are all outstanding additions to the condo market in Vancouver.

There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Some good places to grab a bite are Whitespot and Dark Table. Venture a little further for a meal at Super Hiro's Restaurant, Tapatio Mexican Cafe & Bar or Healthy Noodle House. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at 2733 W Broadway. Groceries can be found at Dollar Surprise Enterprises which is only a 3 minute walk and you'll find Pure Integrative Pharmacy a 3-minute walk as well. Love being outside? Look no further than Connaught Park, Tatlow Park or Rosemary Brown Park, which are only steps away away.

Getting around the area is made simpler with access to the TransLink. Yaletown-Roundhouse Station Platform 1 Subway stop is a 3-minute drive. There is also Eastbound W 4th Ave @ Trafalgar St BusStop, a short distance away, with (Bus) route 004 Powell/downtown/ubc, and (Bus) route 007 Nanaimo Station/dunbar nearby.
