Without a car, you can get around rather easily. The closest transit stop is a BusStop (RAAB BLVD AT HOSPITAL RD WEST SIDE (K & L WINGS)) and is nearby, but there is also a Subway stop, LAWRENCE STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM, only a 22 minute walk connecting you to the TTC. It also has (Bus) route 11 Bayview nearby. Residents also have decent access to Don Valley Parkway, which is within a few minutes drive using Wynford Dr ramps.
