Long thought to be the dividing line between Downtown and Midtown Toronto, Yonge and Bloor is the neighbourhood where it all happens. While always known as a shopping mecca, Toronto condo developers have taken notice and started building on some of the land that hadn’t been used to it’s greatest potential. There are now 25 condos here and a number of pre-construction condos soon to be brightening up the skyline. Yonge and Bloor has a great mixture of trendy, modern high-rises like Uptown Residences and established buildings like Tiffany Terrace that have been around for a while and are a significant part of the neighbourhood.
Want to dine out? There are plenty of good restaurant choices not too far.Grab your morning coffee at Tim Hortons located at 175 Bloor Street E. For grabbing your groceries, Rabba Fine Foods is a short distance away.
If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Bloor St East at Church St) a short walk. It also has route Bloor-danforth Night Bus nearby.
