Commonly known as Cedarbrae, this Scarborough neighbourhood is marked by an abundance of park land and winding, tree-lined streets.

Families move to Woburn for its many well-regarded elementary and secondary schools, as well as access to conveniences such as the renovated Cedarbrae Mall, Scarborough Town Centre, and the Scarborough Centennial Recreation Centre.

High-rise developments along Lee Centre and Corporate Drives offer close proximity to the 401 and McCowan Road, while condos at the south end of this neighbourhood offer access to Eglinton and Kingston Road.

Some good places to grab a bite are Domino's, Kastury Restaurant or barBURRITO. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Country Style located at 665 Markham Rd. Groceries can be found at Healthy Planet which is not far and you'll find Mantra Dental nearby as well. Love being outside? Look no further than Lusted Park and Densgrove Park, which are both only steps away. There is a zoo,Toronto Zoo, that is not far and is a great for a family outing.

Getting around the area is made simpler with access to the TTC. MCCOWAN STATION - PLATFORM Subway stop is a 21-minute walk. There is also MARKHAM RD AT SCRANTON RD BusStop, only steps away, with (Bus) route 102 Markham Rd. nearby. If you're driving, you'll have decent access to the rest of the city by way of Hwy 401 as well, which is within a few minutes drive using Markham Rd ramps.
