Overview
Trinity Park Lofts are a great fit in the neighbourhood. Literally. The seven-storey building looks like an early 20th century warehouse and is shaped like an L to neatly tuck behind the historical site of the restored Georgian Farr House. The Farr family sold their house back in 1905, and although Trinity Park Lofts was built new from the ground up in 2003, it fits right in beside its historic neighbour.
This downtown Toronto condo is most appealing to buyers who favour the open plans and softer feel of modern loft construction over edgy, industrial, hard lofts. You'll find nine-foot ceilings, hardwood floors and halogen lighting, gourmet kitchens with premium appliances, ceramic tile backsplashes and undercabinet lighting; along with bathrooms with extra-deep soaker tubs and cultured marble vanity tops in the one- and two-bedroom suites.
Amenities are fewer than what you'd find in a high rise, but they are well done and include underground parking, a concierge, a fitness centre and a great entertaining space with a kitchen and walk out to a landscaped terrace. If you're looking for contemporary style in a historic atmosphere you've found it at Trinity Park Lofts.

Most Notable Features
Location, Location, Location: Not only are you in vibrant, hip Queen West, everything you could want is close by and you can get there easily on foot or by TTC. And, right across the street, you have Trinity Bellwoods Park. More than just an expanse of green, you'll find two indoor pools, a gym, fitness centre, indoor walking/running track and multi-purpose rooms there. Adjacent to the rec centre, are a volleyball court, large playground, and children's outdoor wading pool, along with tennis courts, playing fields and in winter you'll find an outdoor skating rink. If athletics aren't your gig, you'll often find live music on offer or art exhibitions to enjoy. So much to do in the park, and it's lovely to look at from your terrace at 901 Queen Street West.
The Soft Lofts: Suites are large - starting at just shy of 600 square feet - and most of them are two-level, which increases the feel of the space. Most also feature terraces or balconies plumbed for gas BBQs, adding outdoor living area. Layouts make sense and there is little wasted space. These soft lofts are a great alternative to the more well-known Queen West condos for sale just down the street because they come on the market more frequently and are frequently more affordable.
