Running alongside the shores of the Humber River, and just a short trip away from High Park, this neighbourhood balances small-town quiet with the bustling commercial centre of the Bloor West Village. Offering mostly Toronto lofts, the area is certainly on the radar for developers with some mid-rise Toronto condos already standing.

But it’s an ideal spot for nature lovers, the lush tracts of the Humber River valley offer many parks and trails to explore, plus High Park is just a stroll to the south. The surrounding neighbourhoods from Old Mill over to Roncesvalles and the West End Junction are all largely residential with a growing community of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops, not to mention some well-established neighbourhood classics such as Humber Cinema for an evening’s entertainment

Some good places to grab a bite are Canary & Fox Micro Market, The Grill on Jane or Fiddler's Dell Bar & Grill. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Country Style located at 3449 Dundas St W. For groceries there is Patisserie 27 which is not far.

If you are looking for transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Annette St at Willard Ave) only steps away. It also has route Dupont nearby. If you need to get on the highway often, Gardiner Expressway and Dowling Ave has both on and off ramps and is within a 10-minute drive.
