The much-coveted Rosedale-Moore Park neighbourhood has long been home to some of Toronto’s wealthiest homeowners, drawn to massive lots and quiet, winding streets. Though the inner region of Rosedale is almost exclusively household properties, a wide variety of Toronto condos can be found closer to Yonge Street with its European cafes and bakeries, a variety of restaurants, and independent boutiques. A short journey to downtown, Rosedale-Moore Park is still isolated and quiet away from the main streets.

You couldn’t ask for a better location than this Midtown neighbourhood. With its proximity to amazing hiking and biking trails along the Don River, you can disappear for hours and forget you’re in the center of Canada’s largest city. If you are more inclined to indoor activities, the shopping in Rosedale, especially at Yonge and Summerhill, is fantastic, with exclusive boutiques, great cafes, and one of our favourite delis’s in the whole city, Summerhill Market. If you still crave that downtown vibe you can head to Yonge and Bloor for some high-end shopping or to Yorkville for some patio sitting and stargazing, without straying too far from home.

Situated right on the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line, living in a condo in Rosedale, is a breeze for commuters heading downtown. With the DVP accessible at a number of locations, the trek up to North York or out of the city takes no time at all.

There are quite a few restaurants to choose from. Some good places to grab a bite are Dolce Bakery and Sash. Venture a little further for a meal at Bar Centrale, Mineral or Pantry. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Starbucks located at 1088 Yonge St. Groceries can be found at Rosedale's Finest which is a 4-minute walk and you'll find C C Pharmacy a 11-minute walk as well. You are a short walk from great parks like Rosedale Park, Craigleigh Gardens and Chorley Park.

If you are looking for transit, don't fear, there is a TTC BusStop (SCHOLFIELD AVE AT MACLENNAN AVE WEST SIDE) a short walk. It also has (Bus) route 75 Sherbourne, and (Bus) route 82 Rosedale nearby. SUMMERHILL STATION - SOUTHBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also only a 9 minute walk.
