Overview
Once a blueprint factory, the Printers Row Lofts were originally designed in 1911 and pay heed to the building’s historical role in the printing trade as well as Chicago’s Printers’ Row. Originally the world headquarters of Bell Telephone, this authentic hard loft conversion boasts a majestic, classic architecture that’s very much in keeping with the flavour of popular North Riverdale. Converted to lofts in 2001, the Printers Row Lofts house 12 intimate hard lofts that are rarely found in this neighbourhood. Today, this Toronto loft is home to six two- and three-storey lofts that incorporate many of the building’s original architectural detailing, such as terra cotta, original concrete floors and soaring 17-foot ceilings.
