There are still only a few Toronto condos along Eglinton Avenue, but this Midtown neighbourhood is growing and attracting many new residents and developers alike.

One of the best features of Oakwood-Vaughan is the number of excellent public transit options. With bus routes running along Oakwood, Dufferin, and Vaughan Road, residents are minutes from subway stations at St. Clair Subway or Eglinton. For drivers, the Allan Road expressway is two-minutes from Oakwood Ave on Eglinton, with smooth access to the 401.
