Large parks and access to the walking and hiking trails of the Don Valley bring balance to the bustling commercial side of this growing North York neighbourhood. There are many high-rise Toronto condos to be found throughout the area, as well as select townhouse complexes, all of which offer access to Centerpoint Mall and Yonge Street plazas.

Yonge Street is one of the top draws of the area, with a diverse selection of excellent restaurants and shops for residents to explore. The many elementary and secondary schools in Newtonbrook make it a popular place for young families and a smart choice for first-time buyers. As a little fun fact, Newtonbrook was the birthplace of Canada’s 14th Prime Minister, Lester B. Pearson, who won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1957.

Venture a little further for a meal at Hanyang Jokbal, Gui Gui or Spice & Aroma. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 370 Steeles Avenue W. Groceries can be found at H-Mart which is only a 10 minute walk and you'll find Carlo's No Frills a 12-minute walk as well.

Getting around the area is made simpler with access to the TTC. FINCH STATION - SUBWAY PLATFORM Subway stop is only a 14 minute walk. There is also CACTUS AVE AT CONNAUGHT AVE BusStop, only steps away, with (Bus) route 98 Willowdale senlac nearby. For drivers, it might be easier to get around the city getting on or off Hwy 401 and Yonge St, which is within a 8-minute drive.
