I've lived at 4K Spadina for over 5 years now and it is one of the best buildings in the area. Most of the residents are in their 30's and take care of the place. The board of directors does a great job keeping maintenance fees low and the amenities are excellent. This prime location is great for sports fans as you can walk to the ACC/Rogers Centre or BMO field. There is also the Spadina streetcar right outside the door for ease of access to transportation.
