So much is happening in Mount Pleasant East, it’s hard to know where to begin. From the posh food markets and antique stores on Mount Pleasant to the laidback cafes and sidewalk patios on Bayview, plus the remarkable Mount Pleasant Cemetery, this is one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in the city. The 1,200-acre Mount Pleasant Cemetery is certainly one of this Midtown neighbourhood’s main draws, with its beautiful landscaping, numerous walking and biking trails and picturesque views. If you're an outdoor lover, you are only a 5 minute walk from June Rowlands Park and Mount Pleasant Parkette. Transit riders take note, you are not far to the closest TTC BusStop (MT PLEASANT RD AT MANOR RD EAST) with (Bus) route 141 Downtown/mt.pleasant Express, and (Bus) route 74 Mount Pleasant. EGLINTON STATION - NORTHBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also only a 10 minute walk. Residents also have decent access to Don Valley Parkway, which is within a few minutes drive using Don Mills Rd ramps.
