One of Toronto’s original pre-planned garden suburbs, Lawrence Park has become known as the wealthiest Midtown neighbourhood in the city, according to a 2011 article in Canadian Business magazine. Despite its close proximity to Yonge Street, the residential streets are surprisingly quiet and peaceful, but that does not mean you can’t zip over to Yonge and Avenue Road to enjoy countless commercial amenities. The Lawrence Park North area centers around Yonge Street near Bedford Park, with several Toronto condos nestled nearby the Lawrence subway station.

There are many parks in the area, including the Don Valley Golf Course and Sunnybrook Park, ideal for jogging and cycling. The intersection of Lawrence and Avenue is a fine place to find shops, restaurants, and services, while the strip just north of Yonge and Lawrence offers boutique shops, delicious dining, and fun entertainments.

With a condo in Lawrence Park North, you’ll find many easy ways to get around the city, from convenient subway access at Lawrence Station to bus routes along Lawrence and Avenue Road. For drivers, the roads are open for easy access to the Allan, the 401, and the Don Valley Expressway.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. It also has route Yonge, and route Yonge Night Bus nearby. If you need to get on the highway often, Hwy 401 and Avenue Rd has both on and off ramps and is within a few minutes drive.
