A community on the rise, L’Amoreaux offers price-points that will appeal to first-time buyers as well as retirees who want to avoid taking on a hefty mortgage. The tree-lined streets provide entrance to a pleasant residential community with the L’Amoreaux Park and Community Recreation Centre pulling everything together. Nearby the Kidstown Water Park for summer fun, as well as the Tam O-Shanter Golf Club, there are exciting recreations for everyone in the family. A variety of shopping centres can be found throughout the area from the Bridlewood Mall in central L’Amoreaux to Chartwell Mall in the east and CF Fairview Mall on Sheppard Avenue East. For a taste of local cuisine, residents can head over to Finch and Midland to find a selection of restaurants and cafes from seafood to Korean BBQ.

When it comes to getting around, there are local bus routes along Finch Avenue and Warden that connect to Warden Station on the Bloor-Danforth Subway line and Finch Station on the Yonge-University line. For drivers, the suburban nature of the neighbourhood makes for favourable driving, plus the 401 and 404 Highways can be accessed via Sheppard Avenue.

Some good places to grab a bite are Eggsmart, Domino's or Subway. Venture a little further for a meal at one of the neighbourhood's restaurants. If you love coffee, you're not too far from Tim Hortons located at 2900 Warden Ave. For grabbing your groceries, Metro is only a 4 minute walk.

Without a car, you can get around rather easily. It also has route Warden, and route Victoria Park Night Bus nearby. If you need to get on the highway often, Hwy 404 and Finch Ave E has both on and off ramps and is within a few minutes drive.
