Bordered by Dufferin, University, Adelaide and Front, this area checks all the boxes for urban living: fantastic dining and nightlife, stellar shopping, dog-friendly parks and green spaces, easy transit options and unbeatable proximity to downtown.

Want to dine out? Le Sélect Bistro, CIBO Wine Bar and Patria (among many, many other great s) are close by. Want to catch a great flick? TIFF Bell Lightbox, the Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival and CineCycle are within walking distance. From grocery stores to schools, shops to salons, everything is super close in this wonderful, walkable neighbourhood (walk score is a perfect 100!) 

There’s lots of green space too. Explore Massey Harris Park, Gateway Park, Joseph Workman Park, and head north a couple of blocks, and you’ll be in Trinity Bellwoods Park. Plus, if you go south, there are lots of great waterfront walking trails, beaches and serene lake views. 

King West has some of the coolest historic loft conversions in town. There are also dozens of more recent residential buildings to choose from, with new projects launching every year. The area is a fantastic example of how new and old architecture comes together to create a dynamic, exciting place to live, work and play. 

The area is well-served by transit. The 511 Bathurst streetcar runs along King, and Osgoode subway station is a short walk away. For drivers, the Gardiner Expressway is a couple of minutes away via the Rees Street ramp
