High Park is one of the most beloved neighbourhoods in Toronto, not only because of the park, although that is a major factor. From Bloor West Village to Swansea Village, there is a West End vibe like no other, and the beauty of High Park makes it only better. The whole area just has this laid back quality that draws everyone into its web, with loads of cafes and green space, you can easily lose a whole day people watching. There is a tonne to explore and enjoy, and High-Park Swansea is a perfect place for a home base.

Living in a High Park condo you will enjoy great transit convenience, with the Queen Streetcar running 24/7, plus numerous subway stops on Bloor St. For the car lovers, the Gardiner Expressway is right out your front door, ready to take you downtown or further afield.

For grabbing your groceries, Nicholson's No Frills is an 8-minute walk.

If you are reliant on transit, don't fear, there is a Bus Stop (Runnymede Rd at Morningside Ave) only a 5 minute walk. For drivers, the closest highway is Gardiner Expressway and is within a few minutes drive, making it easier to get into and out of the city using Dowling Ave ramps.
