Even though it is one of the smaller areas in Toronto, with only 7 neighbourhoods, good things do come in small packages. The East End owns the bragging rights to one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Toronto, The Beaches. Who wouldn’t want to stroll along the boardwalk watching the sunset over the Downtown skyline, or relax on the grass listening to some of the best jazz in the country.
The East End is more than the Beach though; the dining scene in Leslieville is starting to rival that of its western neighbours. Developers are catching the east side bug as well with many new condo developments expected soon. The stats for this Toronto area have been strong and have continued to rises over the past few years. Toronto Condo sales are showing good signs especially Queen and Broadview condos, such as Broadview Lofts one of our favourites. The East End has easy access to the rest of Toronto by way of the DVP and Gardiner Expressway as well as being the junction for the famous 501 and 504 Streetcars. You are in close proximity to The Danforth, the home of greek salads and flaming cheese, as well as the Historic Distillery District, just across the Don River.
Don’t overlook the East End where the living is easy, there is an abundance of parks and green space and of course a little wind in your hair from the lake never hurt anyone.

For nearby green space, Cairns Avenue Parkette and Maughan Crescent Parkette could be good to get out of your home and catch some fresh air or to take your dog for a walk. As for close-by schools, Bowmore Public School - Building Grounds and S.H. Armstrong Community Centre - Building Grounds are a 6-minute walk away.
