If you are looking for transit, don't fear, there is a TTC BusStop (DUFFERIN MALL) not far. It also has (Bus) route 402 Parkdale nearby. DUFFERIN STATION - WESTBOUND PLATFORM Subway is also only a 5 minute walk. For drivers, the closest highway is Gardiner Expressway and is within a few minutes drive, making it easier to get into and out of the city getting on and off at Dowling Ave.
