Situated along Don Mills Road between Sheppard Avenue and Finch, the Don Valley Village is comprised of many semi-detached homes and modern high-rise Toronto condos. The area is sometimes called the “Four Corners” or else “The Peanut”, because of the central peanut-shaped land plot where Don Mills Road diverges east and west.

This neighbourhood hub is also where you’ll find The Plaza Peanut shopping centre, featuring a local grocery store, as well as the Oriole Community Centre. For more shopping options, the CF Fairview Mall is located in the south-east of the neighbourhood, with two-levels of brand name shops and retailers. Local parks fill the neighbourhood, including the parks and natural green spaces of the Don River Valley, perfect for hiking and bicycling.

The TTC Sheppard line services the neighbourhood, connecting the area to the Yonge-University subway. There are also local buses running along Don Mills Road. For drivers, the 404 and 401 Highways are easily accessed off Sheppard Avenue.

For groceries there is Ali's Market which is not far.

Transit riders take note, you are nearby to the closest Bus Stop (Don Mills Rd at Goodview Rd) with route Van Horne, route Don Mills, and more. Residents also have easy access to Hwy 404, which is within a 4-minute drive using on and off ramps on Sheppard Ave E.
