The site sat empty until 2003, when it was turned into a creative and cultural hub where creative minds come together, get inspired – and inspire others. Formerly rundown warehouses, boiler rooms and storage areas are now soaring commercial spaces that house great restaurants, unique boutiques, art, theatre – and countless Insta-worthy moments in the old-world streetscapes.
